Are we going to get the ability to do advanced searches with the new forum? You know, extra selection criteria, such as picking a number of forums, date ranges, poster, keywords in title and/or body of post, etc.

I got thinking about it when trying to find one of my old posts today and it turned into a bit of a mission. Took me half an hour.... Pretty please.

Anything is possible, but as you may have noticed, we're a bit light on resources now, and there are a lot of fixes to progress before we can start looking at adding functionality.

Quite so. But as I've outlined elsewhere, we have a couple of big issues to tackle first – not least improving our core database with more advanced tech specs – before we move on to the other improvements/upgrades.
