If I put an empty line in my text when I writing, it becomes two-three empty lines after posting. Something like that.

Why is that? Can I do there something or it is bug of forum engine? I noticed that not everybody posts has this effect.

Try doing a shift-return instead of just a return.
Then it looks like this,

whereas a full return looks like this.

But it can.

EDIT - Actually thats a little unfair, we were talking line spacing but in a slightly different way.
