Vita Audio/ Ruark Audio R2i?

One of your 'consider this' recommendations for a DAB radio is a "Ruark Audio R2i" showing what I've always known up to now as a Vita Audio R2i.
Has Vita Audio been renamed/bought out or was it just an error?
Appologies if this has already been discussed.

The original Ruark Acoustics (loudspeakers) company became Vita Audio when they started making the 'lifestyle' radios/docks etc.
Then subsequently (quite recently actually) they have changed back to their original name of Ruark. Except it's now Ruark Audio rather than Ruark Acoustics.
It's not at all confusing that there are three websites under all three names...

The same company all the way along though. Still run by the same people who started Ruark originally and still based on Temple Farm estate in Southend-On-Sea (making them Rega's neighbours).
My Vita Audio R1 Deluxe (gloss black) has been an enormous success in our kitchen. Stonking radio.
