Mods.....When the new look forum arrive could we have "location" under the Avatar please?

It's has been many occasions that some of us try to help a guy who looking to upgrade, hunt around for the deal and such like, just to find out few posts later that he is from Peru or Iran!
Now nothing wrong posting from around the world of course but I doubt if Richers sound or Hyperfi have brances that far away!  I hope you know what I mean.

cheers

Nice idea Thaiman Idea, but not sure we'll be able to do it for phase 1 of the revamp as that's pretty much locked down now. Will put it on the wishlist for phase 2!

Nothing to stop you putting it in your sig or bio. Just like you say you're in Hungary...

And any chances of making it easier to post pictures? Not all of us are PC experts and all this posting pictures else where on the web and successfull inserting the correct link into your post is beyond most of our PC skill levels.Confused

Re: Request for new forum

This is true as not all of us are IT Wizzards! My PC skils are best described as Basic at best but I do enjoy this fourm and like to think my coments are of help but would like to have a idiot-proof guide somewhere on the forum explaining just how to post links without having to type the whole URL, and easily post pictures.

I totally understand the reasons why pictures must have a off-site link due to storage on your servers, but surely there is a easier way of doing it? or a section under the heading IDIOTS GUIDE TO POSTING A PICTURE/LINK would do just fine.Confused
