Question for Ketan et al (Totem ball bearings)

Hello there

I dem'd Totem Arro yesterday and they had this dreadful claw feet and ball bearing arrangement. On returning home I checked WHFI's  four star review, and although you warn about the disappointing plinth arrangement, there is no mention of the dreaded 'ball bearings'.

The question is did your test speaker have the chrome marbles? or some other configuration?

The dealer also gave me the latest Totem catalogue and it mentions there that the ball bearing arrangement is essential for optimum performance.

Would be interested to hear your views on this (and whether you can remember).
