My IGrados i got with the mag subscription are broke what do i do?
When i went to the Manchester show i signed up for What Hi-Fi mainly to get the Igrados and i have only just tried them a few days ago and the left speaker phone is crackling so bad i cant even recognise my music. Obviously they are faulty so where do i stand can i get a replacement from the mag or from Grado makers?

Well i sent the faulty Igrados back about 2 weeks ago and still not got my new ones any ideas?

Can i just again make another comment about this, i was told over 10 days ago now my new pair had been sent i have still not received them and i have also emailed can something be done about this its been going on for ages now and like i said i purchased an ipod touch especialy to go with these headphones...
Just like to say my Igrados have just turned up i had given up on them to be honest but thanks WHF anyway much appreciated...
