Goldring GX200 earphones not working

Hi Guys,

Last week I recieved my Goldring GX200 earphones and was very pleased with them, but yesterday while using them the right hand earphone all of a sudden stopped working and hasn't worked since, I've tried the earphones with different sources such as MP3 Player, CD Player etc and still nothing, has anyone else experienced problems with theirs?, and if so did u get a replacement?.
