February Subscription offer
WHF team,
I have been trying for the last week to renew my subscription, but the latest offer is still not available either via the web or by phone.
Keep being told to try again in 2 days, anything you can do.

Rang about the offer again and it is still not live, the person I spoke to said they would email their manager.
We have a catch-up meeting on Monday, I'll make sure this is brought up so the right person can look into it. Apologies again.
Sorry - I was off on Friday, but was assured someone would reply to this thread; apologies no-one did.
Here's the latest:
"The Feb code was working and the discount was correct,
however the Jan gift (QED) was still showing. Subscription services have changed this
and anyone who has subscribed since the Feb offer went live while
receive a call to see whether they want Jan's or Feb's gift. "
