Downloadable guides?

Does WHF have any plans to sell buyers guides &/or test reports on-line as downloadable guides?
I'm not a WHF subscriber as I generally only upgrade my kit about once in 5 years or so. Then when I go to the news agent looking for a WHF mag I invariably find that the current issue doesnt cover the gear I'm looking for and back issues are long since sold out - but I'd happily pay to down load an Ultimate Guide or Group Test report or a component review if they were available. Surely I'm not alone in this?
