Wouldn't it be great if your mag and web competitions were open to subscribers and/or readers outside of the UK?

More often than not a competition is announced with juicy prizes, only to reach the small print and read the dreaded phrase "open to UK residents only"....

Maybe you could change it to "open to EU residents only" or "Open to UK residents or UK passport holders..."

I fear it's to do with competitions law differing from country to country - but will ask our promotions manager anyway!
