A comper is someone who does little else but enter competitions. It's to discourage entrants from people whose only interaction with us is to enter the comp....

Thanks folks, i thought as much.There does'nt seem to be anything in the T&C that specifically prohibits you from doing as you wish with your loot once you've won it...? I thought maybe it related to those kind of people too, regrdless of whether they read the mag...?
I've always wondered if you get a full warranty with something that you win in a competition. I ask having never been lucky enough to win anything in a competition.
Yes, as the prizes are usually supplied directly by the manufacturer, the standard warranty applies.
