It has now been almost 2 months since I enquired about my subscription and the last I heard was that this case was referred to the subscriptions team to resolve. I have not heard back from anyone and e-mails to you have gone unanswered. I find it extremely hard to believe that a straightforward and trivial issue such as this requires so much time to resolve.
Dominic Dawes is the person you should be talking to.
What is the status please?





Sincere apologies, I had no idea this hadn't been resolved since I past it on to our subscriptions dept; they're usually more reliable. I'll chase it up immediately.
