iPad display problem
English

The site is being horrid with my iPad and keeps re-drawing the screen in big blocks.

Seem to remember an advert did this once before.

Can we sort it please?

RE: iPad display problem

I am now on my laptop, from what I can work out, it seems to be a Currys advert in the background of the WHF website causing the problem!  What is it even doing there?  :?    Flipping annoying though!  |(

Same here. Very annoying. Even trying to reply to this thread was a big problem.

|( |( Come ON WHF.

This is a real PITA.

Surely there can't be only a handful of us using an iThingy to view te site and it is so bad it's unusable! By the time the bloody screen has re-drawn four times the link I thought I clicked has moved and I end up on the wrong page  |(

I thought my ipad was going faulty - reassuring to know it's not just me.

Impossible to use the forum on iPad at the moment- please fix the awful currys advert which seems to be messing it up. Big grey blocks throwing everything around.

Screen jumping all over the place. Cheers currys.

Nothing odd here. Currys 'banner' ad yes...

... but it doesn't behave the way you describe.

It doesn't do anything. Just an ad.

I guess it's just an iPad problem and not affecting iPhones.

RE: iPad display problem

The size of the Currys advert used to cover most of the website on my laptop, it now appears to have moved to the top of the website and got smaller in size!  But I think it is misleading and is still really big!  And I think that is where the problem is that it is massive advert!  It needs to shrink dramaticallly!

RE: iPad display problem

It is a problem on the iPhone 4s but not as big as the iPad 2!  On my iPhone 4s you just get a flicker of the black blocks, and only sometimes but it is definitely still there, I just tried.

Not that I can do anything about it personally (and it's a weekend as well), but which iOS is installed (this to both people for whom it works and for whom it doesn't)?
