We've just had official confirmation of tech specs and prices for Quad's new Elite Series of hi-fi components, on sale from September. Here are details and pictures of the first five models in the range:

I agree poor design look,for the money! Get with the times Quad
Each to his own, I say! I rather like the look, and I like the 3/4 width casework, too!

It's all very well having a go at Quad for their looks (which you could do with most manufacturers), but if they started making equipment that looked like B&O, their identity would be lost. It would be like Rolls Royce making cars that look like Ferrari's. I think Chord are butt ugly, but hey, we're all different!
There have been improvements internally, so the proof of a good product is in the listening.
