Sony will host its press launch at the E3 Electronics Expo in Los Angeles at 7pm tonight, and it's widely expected to launch a new slimmer, lighter version of its PSP games console, the PSP Go.
We've already written a preliminary news story, but here are some more pictures leaked ahead of tonight's launch.
We'll bring you full new coverage of the Sony launch as it happens.

This looks like it could flop, being its success will rest heavily on the content & software for downloading games. The new hand held should also cost much less than the original PSP, with the removal of the UMD drive, smaller screen & smaller size.
Will there be backward support for old UMD games, I wonder. Well, the PS3 originally had a chip set allowing full backwards compatibility. It ended up costing a bit too much and they removed it, later giving you the choice to pay to download the old classics, you may or may not already own.
It would be a royal pain to purchase PSP games again for the new system, or maybe they can be transferred onto the PSP Go, via say the PSP.
