Hey WHF, how about a review of the ZV series of Toshiba I'm thinking of getting one but haven't seen any reviews for it yet (especially intersted in it's Resolution+ technology and if it works)
I purchased this tv (42RV555DB) after a dissapointment with an 42LG6100 (ghosting on movement snooker football anything really) . Sound is very impressive for a flat screen lcd connectivity is also very good.
The only downfall for me was the picture quality. Defintions arnt as good as the LG and the blacks when watching an episode of 'being human' on BBC HD channel kept fluctuating from dark to not so dark.
Watching 'mama mia' via the Xbox the defintions again did not seem to be as crisp as the LG.
It is most probably me being picky but it does not give the quality on the HD channels that I have seen on other sets.
Gaming is good although again it could be sharper.
As for these reasons I have now changed the set for a Samsung LE40A786 which will be arriving around about the 16/03/09.
Will let you all know what it is like. Going by what I have seen so far it is going to be out of this world.
