I have to disagree with the comments around "lack of bass".  The bass is perhaps more in line with being accurate than overblown and boomy.  Certainly bigger than the review both here and on other sites suggest.  I've no hesitation in saying this is one of the best all-round speakers I've heard and for the money, it's superb value.
