Best 46in TV, Awards 2010. Familiarity has bred nothing but admiration for the KDL-46HX903 – it’s an achievement

Sony insists more stocks on their way...

Mmmmmmm, intersting!

A best buy that you can no longer......buy.

Does this top the 40HX803 for 2D quality? (I have less then zero interest in 3D).

By golly it sounds amazing, Maxflinns skin will be crawling in forums anonymous.

IS this better than an a Pioneer LX-5090 for 2D?

Just confirmed my order for this tv, cant wait!

I have managed to get one, had it for a week and am extremely pleased with it. Very heavy (35Kg as I found having to install it.

Blacks are really black, blending easily with the surround, while white remains so with little or no flaring , viz SONY logo on startup.

There is no bleeding either with colours or backlighting. Motionflow seems to work extremely well

Bought the S47/2 glasses/5 3D discs  deal discounted to less than half prize. Also bought 2 extra glasses for friends. Just waiting for better 3D BR releases - Avatar/Panasonic deal a bummer.

Vey expensive but looking at the picture - well worth it although hate to think of the discounted deals which will be along later.

Now, of course, the 46HX923 is announced, cheaper at 2,299 with 2 pairs glasses free ie another 200 off. I wonder when and if that will be available. Having just spent 2,700 on the 46HX903 + 2 glasses after waiting over 6 months for stock release, feel a little sick. C'mon Sony, have some customer relations.

Since its launch Sony have cut the price!

I have just bought a KDL40HX803 from my local Sony Centre @ £995 once the VAT is refunded.

This deal also included the transmitter, 2 pairs of glasses,a 470 3D Blue ray player and 4 3D DVDs.

At under a £1000, its a value for money way into 3D!

Though I accept the 903 has a better LED backlighting system!
