if i watch my led 46c8000 tv in the dark room, i can see the led lamp in the corner of my tv, is it normal? but if i turn on my room lamp, its will gone. is this an errors or led bleeding? anyone can help me?
Thanks clara. I already setup my backlight, now i use 7, but i can still see my led lamp at the corner of my tv. Do u know how to calibrate my tv? Or anyone know the best setup for my tv?
We've just bought the 55 inch version of this Samsung set - we're in Australia, everything is bigger here ) - and are delighted with it. Even my techno-bored wife has noticed how much better it is, which is a first! It replaced a 5 year-old 42" Panasionic Viera plasma set and the difference is amazing, especially in the daytime when you can now watch without closing the curtains. The kids are pleased too - they now have the Panasonic in the games room for their X-Box 360 and PS3 instead of the old 27 incher .... I agree the colours are a bit too vibrant out of the box, and I am still fiddling with the settings to get it exactly right, but it's rejuvenated our movie collection. I'm not sold on the 3D aspect, but it was was the 2D picture quality that led me buy this set, together with a good deal (3D glasses and a decent quality BluRay player included). Happy customer.
I'm a UK buyer of the 55" version of this C8000 TV and I love it, well done Samsung, BBC HD is stunning from sky box and blue ray films even better, so much detail to take in !! Find myself just looking at picture quality and scenery and forget to pay attention to plot of film. PS3 content and gaming is super slick too, no lag, works great on modern warfare. Internet tv is ok and usable, set up my facebook & twitter and the BBC Iplayer content + menus work really well picture great. Brought tv for 2d performance and slim profile, hung on Ikea unit looks slick. I was also very impressed with sound after hearing most slim led/lcd's get grief for sound quality, this set is crystal clear with vocals and music, just enough bass for me, although no match for surround sound system, but then you get all the junk and cables round your room init . Would recommend this hi specification TV its worth the money as I'm still finding uses for hidden talents this tv has.
Huzzah!! You mentioned a gaming device in your review!! It's a start I suppose. Very few if any of your review don't mention what these TV's are like in game mode or if they experience input lag whilst in game mode. Since a lot of HDTV's were sold off the back of Xbox 360 and PS3 sales, this section of a review to me is a glaring omission.

kido - have you tried tweaking your TV's settings? You could have your backlight turned up too high.

I have a problem with the glasses, unlike Sony and Panasonic I cannot wear the Samsung 3D glasses with my own prescription glasses, they do not fit.

What about 3D crosstalk?
I havent had the need to use game mode when playing ps3 games on this TV.
Games such as Modern Warefare 2, Wipeout (HD/3D), GTA5, Battlefield Bad Company 2 look stunning.

The other forums review tested input lag. In Movie mode it was 110ms, in game mode a much more usable 40ms.
