I apologize for my review and as I've now grown into my audio gear, I totally agree with the review of this product. In fact, I don't think I've ever been more disappointed in anything I've ever owned, electronics or not. I won't go into detail, nut Rotel has lost me forever as a customer. 

Don Jr, we most certainly did NOT buy this player on the black market - we'd never do that. It was supplied to us by Rotel.

You're entitled to your opinion, of course, but please don't make unsubstantiated allegations.

I have to totally disagree with this review. It sounds like you've over treated your room. There's a ton of professional reviews out there and everyone goes against this review. I personally own this CDP and I have to wonder if you bought something off the black market. I can't stand Rotel with the exception of this CD Player. I loathe the tin can wimpiness of their amplifiers, but this cd player has detail like no other at this price point.

thank god i didnt get it i heard it at hifi centre but respect your opinions,wanted to wait for a review.and went with a cyrus 6se wow very happy no loading issues either only at the start there was a couple of disc errors.but it seems to me the brand new transport just broke in i have loaded many cds now with no problem.i also have an 8vs2 running b&w 805s i ithink it sounds amazing,what do think of this pairing
