Not cheap, but not overly expensive either, given its capabilities. This is a fantastic DVD recorder for those chasing the very best

I've had this DVD recorder for about a year now. I don't have a single complaint, it is definitely 5 stars. The biggest hard disk on the market, allowing high volume recordings even at a high quality level. The upscaling and general picture quality is excellent (onto a Pioneer 428) and it is exceptionally easy to use, very intuitive remote and menus. Also has the big advantage of an SD card slot to put on video or photos. It is also obtainable for less than 400 if you hunt around. Highly recommended.
