There’s nothing exciting about the way this Griffin looks, but again, you’re getting a 1.8 metre cable with last-gen iPhone-compatible 3.5mm plugs at both ends for not a lot of money.

It has a deep, rounded delivery, but the treble’s a bit flat. You can buy a 3.5mm-RCA version, which sounds the same, or a coiled-cable version (below), which doesn’t.
