Personally I prefer these at £6 per half metre, than the Cambridge Audio Silver spirit which cost me £50 for 50cm 8 years ago.
I don't think I could pass a blind test on this, but in the end thats one cable that is £50 compared to £6, and the difference is minimal, and with me coming down on the side of the Gothams.
I don't understand the review, how can a cable for costing £17 offer a "significant improvement" over the free in the box cables yet only receive 2 stars / bad review.
How much of an improvement would be needed? I'd say £17 for a significant improvement is good value for money.

AFAIK the price is correct: £13.50 delivered is for the 1m version, but as you will see from the tech specs the one we reviewed was 1.5m

These cables do exactly what they promise to do. Connect phono plugs together in an edequate way.
At £17.00 a pop it's hard to argue with the over all quality and construction.
I would reccomend them.

These have been a subtle improvement for me over my old QED connectors. Differences between interconnects are subtle at best, and often inaudible.
These should not be rated this low. They do what they say on the tin and they do it well.
