Lewis201, I sent the following email to Amazon:
"Ordered 2 x blu-ray DVDs today. Afterwards I noticed your 3 blu-ray DVDs for the price of 2 offer. If I order another blu-ray DVD can it be added to this order & qualify for the 3 blu-rays for 2 offer please?"
Then received the following back:
"Unfortunately, we were unable to fulfil your request as your order had already entered the
dispatch process by the time we received your e-mail. Please know that we are always happy to help you make changes to your orders but cannot alter one once it has begun dispatching. However, as an alternative, since your order is eligible for the promotion I request you to place an order for another Blu ray DVD with Free super saver dispatch option and once this new order gets dispatched we will issue a refund for the same".
I think they were making an exception for me, however I must say Amazon's Customer Service is first class!
"Got it free from Amazon, using their current 3 for 2 blu ray offer! Don't know if this will work for everyone, as not strictly part of their 3 for 2 blu ray promotion, as far as I can tell. Thank you Amazon!"
How'd you manage that? I've got two blu-rays from the 3 for 2 offer in my basket along with the Dark Knight, gone to the confirm order page but I'm just getting them all list price.
Awww...too...many...discs...
I'm jsut gonna go ahead and assume that the most expensive BR version has everything, unless told otherwise.
Amazon mentions some dvd boxed set - is that mentioned here or am i just being dim...?
Really should invest in some nu technology otherwise i may end up buying the br just for a mate to "look after" it for me lol!
