QED expands Signature range with £150 HDMI cable

Back in February QED launched its Signature Audio S analogue interconnect, and now it's adding an HDMI cable to the flagship Signature range.
The new cable is said to be a "huge upgrade" over QED's Performance Series. All the conductors are extra large (24AWG) silver-plated, 99.99 per cent pure oxygen-free copper.
The cable's precision geometery is achieved by using individual and multiple layers of dielectric, consisting of polyethylene, aluminium Mylar and PVC.
Its bespoke plugs have gold-plated pins, cold welded directly to the conductors to ensure the best possible signal transfer.
QED claims even a 5m long Signature HDMI is guaranteed to transfer data at a rate of 10.2Gb/sec as a minimum.
Available in 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 metre lengths, the Signature HDMI costs from £150 (1m). QED cables are distributed in the UK by Armour Home Electronics.

i will be interested to hear if this cable is nearly double the price better in quality than the chord or VDHull or even as good as the ultimate HDMI.
